In the late 50s of our country, Professor Zhang Xiaowei of the Institute of Oceanology, Chinese Academy of Sciences discovered the brine shrimp eggs of our country for the first time. After more than ten species of marine fish fry were tested. Artemia nauplii proved that Aberdeen, juvenile good live bait. In the meantime, the research on the investigation, collection, hatching and cultivation of Artemia eggs has been carried out and many valuable data have been accumulated.

China is a country rich in Artemia, with a total area of 345,000 hectares along the coastal salt fields and nearly 1,000 inland large and medium-sized salt lakes. In these vast waters, contains a very rich Artemia resources.
